Activities and Activity packages are not done on the day of check in or check out, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Cancellation Periods

• Non-Peak season deposit $25 per dog, $15 per cat
• Peak Season deposit $75 per dog, $35 per cat

Peak season includes: Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day through Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas through New Year’s

Deposits are secured with a major credit card.

During Peak Season

Cancellations made with less than five (5) days notice prior to your pet’s check-in date, will be directly charged to your credit card you have provided us to keep on file for your account.

Deposits for reservations made less than five (5) days prior to your pet’s check-in date, you will have until the close of the next business day to cancel at no charge. Should you cancel after that time, your deposit is non-refundable and will automatically be charged to the credit card you have provided us to keep on file for your account.

Deposits for next day reservations are automatically non-refundable.

Shortening your stay during peak season on the day of check in or thereafter, the client is responsible for the full payment for the entire stay originally reserved. Any shortening must be done prior to the day of check in.

During Non Peak Season

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice prior to your pet's check in date, will be directly charged to your credit card you have provided us to keep on file for your account.

Deposits for next day reservations are automatically non-refundable.

 

Discounted Rates

• 15% discount for stays over 30 nights per pet---NOT VALID WITH ANY OTHER DISCOUNT OR WITH THE TWO WEEK IN HOUSE TRAINING.
• 10% discount for boarding multiple pets from the same family

***Special arrangements may be made in advance for express check outs on Sundays between 3pm and 6pm. Pets checking out on Sunday will be charged for SUNDAY.

Check-In Times after May 8, 2012

* A full day's boarding, per pet, will be charged for check-ins prior to 1pm and check outs after 1pm

We recommend pets be checked in by 5:30pm Mon-Fri or by 4:30pm on Saturdays in case there are many other clients checking in at the same time. This allows for our evening staff to better care for your pet after closing and encourage timely check in.

Monday – Friday: 1pm - 6pm
Saturday: 1pm - 5pm

Check-Out Times after May 8, 2012

Monday – Saturday: 9am - 1pm

• The office is closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
• Memorial Day and Labor Day the office is open for pre arranged checkouts only from 3-6pm. Pets checking out on these days will be charged through that night. The Sunday before these days, the office is closed.
• On Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, the office is only open between the hours of 9am-2pm. There is no checking in or out after 2pm. If the eve falls on a Sunday, the office is closed!
